गुल्मेऽन्तराश्रये बस्तिकुक्षिहृत्प्लीहवेदनाः । अग्निवर्णबलभ्रंशो वेगानां चाप्रवर्तनम् ॥ ५८ ॥

Gulma (tumors) situated inside (the alimentary tract), produce pain in the regions of the urinary bladder, upper abdomen (epigastric region), heart and spleen; weak digestion strength, loss of color, complexion and strength, non appearance of the urges (non elimination of urine, feces, flatus etc);
