आनूप वर्ग पाँच प्रकारों में विभाजित है: 1. कूलचराः (जो जल निकायों में निवास करते हैं), 2. प्लवाः (जो तैरते हैं), 3. कोषस्थाः (जो कीचड़ या बालू में निवास करते हैं), 4. पादिनः (जो पैरों वाले होते हैं), 5. मत्स्याः (मछलियाँ)।

Among them, the Kūlacara category includes animals such as elephants, buffaloes, rhinoceroses, deer, camels, wild boars, hogs, pigs, goats, and similar creatures that reside in or near water bodies.

उनमें, कूलचर वर्ग में ऐसे पशु शामिल हैं जैसे हाथी, भैंस, गैंडा, हिरण, ऊंट, जंगली सूअर, सुअर, बकरियाँ और अन्य इसी प्रकार के जीव जो जल निकायों में या उनके पास निवास करते हैं।

वातपित्तहरा वृष्या मधुरा रसपाकयोः | शीतला बलिनः स्निग्धा मूत्रलाः कफवर्धनः ||९५||

They are beneficial for alleviating vāta and pitta, are considered strengthening, sweet in taste, and have a cooling effect. They are also effective in increasing strength, are smooth, and help in increasing urine flow while balancing kapha.

ये वात और पित्त को कम करने वाले, बलवर्धक, मधुर स्वाद वाले और शीतल होते हैं। ये बलदायक, स्निग्ध और मूत्रवर्धक हैं तथा कफ को संतुलित करते हैं।
