रसाला बृंहणी बल्या स्निग्धा वृष्या च रोचनी | स्नेहनं गुडसंयुक्तं हृद्यं दध्यनिलापहम् ||३८४||
Rasālā (a type of preparation), Bṛṁhaṇī (nourishing), Balyā (strengthening), Snigdhā (unctuous), Vṛṣyā (aphrodisiac), and Rocanī (appetizer) qualities are present. It is Snehanam (moisturizing), Guda-saṃyukta (mixed with jaggery), Hṛdya (beneficial for the heart), and helps in the digestion of Dadhi (curd) and Nila (alkaline substances).

रसाला (एक प्रकार की तैयारी), बृंहणी (पोषक), बल्या (सशक्तिकर), स्निग्धा (वसायुक्त), वृष्या (वीर्यवर्धक), और रोचनी (भूख बढ़ाने वाली) गुण इसमें हैं। यह स्नेहन (मॉइश्चराइजिंग), गुडसंयुक्त (गुड़ के साथ मिला हुआ), हृद्या (हृदय के लिए लाभकारी), और दधि (दही) और नीला (क्षारीय पदार्थ) के पाचन में सहायक है।
