विष्टम्भिनः स्मृताः सर्वे वटका वातकोपनाः । सिण्डाकी वातला सार्द्रा रुचिष्याऽनलदीपनी ॥२९५॥
All those herbs which cause obstruction are considered to be aggravating to Vata and aggravate Vata dosha. Sindaki is Vata-pacifying, moist, pleasing, and stimulates digestion.
