शिरःस्कन्धं कटी पृष्ठं सक्थिनी चात्मपक्षयोः । गुरु पूर्वं विजानीयाद्धातवस्तु यथोत्तरम् ॥१३१॥
The head, shoulders, sides, back, and the skin of the bones are considered heavy, specifically in the case of the shoulder and hip areas. One should recognize the heaviness of the parts according to the respective qualities of the tissues.
