तेषामप्यनिलघ्नत्वाच्चौण्ट्यकौप्यौ गुणोत्तरौ | स्निग्धत्वात् स्वादुपाकत्वात्तयोर्वाप्या गुणाधिकाः ||१२१||

Among these, the Chauntika and Kaupya are superior in qualities due to their ability to mitigate the doshas. They have additional qualities due to their oiliness and sweet taste.
