तेषामप्यनिलघ्नत्वाच्चौण्ट्यकौप्यौ गुणोत्तरौ । स्निग्धत्वात् स्वादुपाकत्वात्तयोर्वाप्या गुणाधिकाः ॥१२१॥
Among these, the Chauntika and Kaupya are superior in qualities due to their ability to mitigate the doshas. They have additional qualities due to their oiliness and sweet taste.
