शीधुर्मधूकपुष्पोत्थो विहाह्यग्निबलप्रदः । रूक्षः कषायः कफहृद्वातपित्तप्रकोपणः ॥१९१॥

Substances that have an unpleasant odor, are tasteless, and are irritating, are harmful. In contrast, those that are fragrant, stimulating to digestion, pleasant to the heart, and beneficial for relieving indigestion and parasites are preferable.
