अनिष्टगन्धि विरसमहृद्यं च विदाहि च | सुगन्धि दीपनं हृद्यं रोचिष्णु कृमिनाशनम् ||१९३||

Substances that have an unpleasant odor, are tasteless, and are irritating, are harmful. In contrast, those that are fragrant, stimulating to digestion, pleasant to the heart, and beneficial for relieving indigestion and parasites are preferable.

english translation

अनिष्टगन्धि, रसहीन, और विदाही (जलाने वाले) पदार्थ हानिकारक होते हैं। इसके विपरीत, सुगन्धि, पाचन को उत्तेजित करने वाले, हृदय को प्रिय, और कृमि नाशक पदार्थ उपयुक्त होते हैं।
