वैरेचनिकमूलानां क्वाथे माषान् सुभावितान् । सुधौतांस्तत्कषायेण शालीनां चापि तण्डुलान् ॥३१॥
In the decoction of purgative herbs, add well-cooked black gram (mung beans) and rice that has been washed in pure water.

After removing impurities, take a portion of the dried, finely powdered pounded herbs and mix it with rice and lentil powder, then prepare it with the decoction warmed to the proper temperature.
