अरुणाभं त्रिवृन्मूलं श्रेष्ठं मूलविरेचने । प्रधानं तिल्वकस्त्वक्षु फलेष्वपि हरीतकी ॥३॥
The purgative drugs are as follows: the root of the plant Arunabha is excellent for purgation, and among the roots, Trivrit is supreme. Tilvaka is the best among the bark purgatives, and Haritaki is superior among the fruits.

For the best result, take a root of Mahātrivṛt which is mixed with Vairecana (purging) drugs and made into powder, combined with salt and other acids. This should be consumed by patients suffering from Māruta disorders (air-related diseases).
