वैरेचनिकमूलानां क्वाथे माषान् सुभावितान् । सुधौतांस्तत्कषायेण शालीनां चापि तण्डुलान् ॥३१॥
In the decoction of purgative herbs, add well-cooked black gram (mung beans) and rice that has been washed in pure water.

विरेचनिक जड़ी-बूटियों के क्वाथ में अच्छी तरह पकाए हुए माश (मूंग दाल) और शुद्ध पानी से धोए हुए चावल डालें।
