हन्त्यन्यानपि चाप्येतन्निरपायं विरेचनम् । चूर्णं श्यामा त्रिवृन्नीली कट्वी मुस्ता दुरालभा ॥२६॥
This remedy is also effective against other conditions when used properly. The powder is made from black, three-leaved, and blue types of Triphala, with the addition of bitter Musta (Cyperus rotundus), which is rare.

The yellow emetic is made from Chavyā, Indrāṇī, Triphalā, and clarified butter (ghee) mixed with meat juices. It is beneficial even for those suffering from dryness.

After a month or more, the preparation will acquire a sweet, honey-like aroma and should be consumed as per the instructions. This applies to preparations like alkaline urine and other similar elixirs.
