भवन्ति चात्र- समाः साधारणे यस्माच्छीतवर्षोष्ममारुताः । दोषाणां समता जन्तोस्तस्मात्साधारणो मतः ॥४३॥
In a Saadharana (ordinary) region, where cold, rainy, heat, and wind conditions are balanced, the doshas (bodily humors) of living beings are also balanced. Therefore, this type of land is considered to be Saadharana.

साधारण (सामान्य) क्षेत्र में, जहाँ शीत, वर्षा, गर्मी और वायु की स्थितियाँ संतुलित होती हैं, वहाँ जीवनियों के दोष भी संतुलित होते हैं। इसलिए, इस प्रकार की भूमि को साधारण माना जाता है।
