भवति चात्र । नास्ति रोगो विना दोषैर्यस्मात्तस्माद्विचक्षणः । अनुक्तमपि दोषाणां लिङ्गैर्व्याधिमुपाचरेत् ॥१९॥

Here it is understood that there is no disease without defects; hence, a skilled physician should treat the disease based on even the indirect indications of defects.

यहाँ यह समझा जाता है कि दोषों के बिना कोई रोग नहीं होता; इसलिए, एक कुशल चिकित्सक को रोग का उपचार दोषों के अप्रत्यक्ष लक्षणों के आधार पर भी करना चाहिए।
