उदकपूर्णोदरमवाक्शिरसमवपीडयेद्धुनीयाद्वामयेद्वा भस्मराशौ वा निखनेदामुखात् ॥२०॥
In case of a splinter in the abdomen filled with fluid, it should be thoroughly squeezed and then removed. If this is not possible, apply a mixture of ashes from a fire or a similar remedy to the affected area to facilitate removal.
english translation
यदि पेट में तरल पदार्थ से भरा हुआ शलय हो, तो उसे अच्छी तरह से दबाकर निकालना चाहिए। यदि ऐसा करना संभव न हो, तो प्रभावित स्थान पर अग्नि की राख या इसी प्रकार की औषधि लगानी चाहिए ताकि शलय को निकालने में सहायता हो सके।
