आत्मानमेवाथ जघन्यकारी शस्त्रेण यो हन्ति हि कर्म कुर्वन् । तमात्मवानात्महनं कुवैद्यं विवर्जयेदायुरभीप्समानः ॥४१॥
One should avoid a physician who performs a procedure with a weapon that harms the self, for such a person is a self-destructive practitioner and is to be avoided by anyone who values their life.
