भवन्ति चात्र- यस्य पालिद्वयमपि कर्णस्य न भवेदिह । कर्णपीठं समे मध्ये तस्य विद्ध्वा विवर्धयेत् ॥११॥
If both the bindings are not present in the ear, the ear's base should be pierced and the growth should be stimulated.
english translation
यदि कर्ण में दोनों बन्ध न हों, तो कर्ण की नींव को छेदकर वृद्धि को उत्तेजित करें।

bhavanti cAtra- yasya pAlidvayamapi karNasya na bhavediha । karNapIThaM same madhye tasya viddhvA vivardhayet ॥11॥
