पुरीषक्षये हृदयपार्श्वपीडा सशब्दस्य च वायोरूर्ध्वगमनं कुक्षौ सञ्चरणं च, मूत्रक्षये बस्तितोदोऽल्पमूत्रता च; अत्रापि स्वयोनिवर्धनद्रव्योपयोगः | स्वेदक्षये स्तब्धरोमकूपता त्वक्शोषः स्पर्शवैगुण्यं स्वेदनाशश्च; तत्राभ्यङ्गः स्वेदोपयोगश्च ||११||

In the depletion of feces, there is pain in the heart and sides, upward movement of gas with sound, and rumbling in the abdomen. In the depletion of urine, there is pain in the bladder and scanty urination. Here also, the remedy is the use of substances that promote self-reproduction. In the depletion of sweat, the hair follicles become stiff, the skin dries out, there is a loss of sensation, and sweating stops. The remedy here is oil massage and the use of sweating therapies.

The remedy involves the use of milk enemas at the appropriate time and the application of fatty foods.

Increased Pitta: Symptoms include a yellowish appearance, heat, a desire for coolness, scanty sleep, fainting, weakness, and diminished sensory functions. There may also be yellowish urine and conjunctivitis. Increased Kapha: Symptoms include whiteness, coldness, stability, heaviness, lethargy, sleepiness, and joint stiffness.

Increased blood leads to redness in the blood vessels, engorgement of veins, and a feeling of fullness. Increased muscle tissue causes enlargement in the buttocks, cheeks, lips, genitalia, thighs, arms, and legs, along with heaviness in the body. Increased fat leads to oily skin, enlargement of the abdomen and sides, cough, breathlessness, and a fetid smell. Increased bone tissue causes swelling in the bones and teeth. Increased marrow leads to heaviness in the whole body and eyes. Increased semen causes excessive presence of semen and semen-related disorders.
