पुरीषक्षये हृदयपार्श्वपीडा सशब्दस्य च वायोरूर्ध्वगमनं कुक्षौ सञ्चरणं च, मूत्रक्षये बस्तितोदोऽल्पमूत्रता च; अत्रापि स्वयोनिवर्धनद्रव्योपयोगः | स्वेदक्षये स्तब्धरोमकूपता त्वक्शोषः स्पर्शवैगुण्यं स्वेदनाशश्च; तत्राभ्यङ्गः स्वेदोपयोगश्च ||११||

In the depletion of feces, there is pain in the heart and sides, upward movement of gas with sound, and rumbling in the abdomen. In the depletion of urine, there is pain in the bladder and scanty urination. Here also, the remedy is the use of substances that promote self-reproduction. In the depletion of sweat, the hair follicles become stiff, the skin dries out, there is a loss of sensation, and sweating stops. The remedy here is oil massage and the use of sweating therapies.

english translation

पुरीष के क्षय में ह्रदय और पार्श्व में पीड़ा, आवाज़ के साथ वायु का ऊपर उठना, और पेट में गड़गड़ाहट होती है। मूत्र के क्षय में मूत्राशय में पीड़ा और मूत्र की अल्पता होती है। यहाँ भी उपाय स्वयोनिवर्धन करने वाले पदार्थों का उपयोग है। स्वेद के क्षय में रोमकूपों का स्तब्ध होना, त्वचा का शुष्क होना, स्पर्श का दोषपूर्ण होना, और पसीने का नाश होता है। यहाँ उपाय अभ्यंग और स्वेदोपयोग है।

purISakSaye hRdayapArzvapIDA sazabdasya ca vAyorUrdhvagamanaM kukSau saJcaraNaM ca, mUtrakSaye bastitodo'lpamUtratA ca; atrApi svayonivardhanadravyopayogaH | svedakSaye stabdharomakUpatA tvakzoSaH sparzavaiguNyaM svedanAzazca; tatrAbhyaGgaH svedopayogazca ||11||
