In the depletion of muscle tissue, there is dryness and stiffness in the buttocks, cheeks, lips, genitalia, thighs, chest, armpits, calves, abdomen, and neck, along with roughness, pain in the body, exhaustion, and weakening of the arteries. In the depletion of fat, the spleen enlarges, there is swelling of joints, roughness, and a desire for fatty and meaty foods. In the depletion of bone tissue, there is bone pain, breaking of teeth and nails, and roughness. In the depletion of marrow, there is a decrease in semen, cracking of joints, bone pain, and swelling of bones. In the depletion of semen, there is pain in the penis and testicles, weakness in sexual activity, delayed ejaculation, or when ejaculation occurs, the semen appears scanty and blood-tinged.
