In the case of patients who have been treated with oily and heated therapies, the following conditions should be avoided: excessive anger, sexual activity, daytime sleep, speech, physical exercise, study, sitting, sudden movements, and exposure to cold winds, heat, and against one's natural constitution, as well as those who are weakened due to digestion issues, all of which should be avoided for a month. We will elaborate on these in detail later.
