सप्त सेवन्यः ; सिरसि विभक्ताः पञ्च, जिह्वाशेफसोरेकैका; ताः परिहर्तव्याः शस्त्रेण ॥१५॥
There are seven types of tissues; five are located in the head, and one each in the tongue and the throat; these must be removed with a surgical instrument.

सात प्रकार की ऊत्कृष्ताएँ होती हैं; इनमें से पाँच सिर में होती हैं, और एक-एक जिव्हा और गले में होती हैं; इन्हें शस्त्र द्वारा निकालना चाहिए।
