इत्येते त्रिविधाः कायाः प्रोक्ता वै तामसास्तथा । कायानां प्रकृतीर्ज्ञात्वा त्वनुरूपां क्रियां चरेत् ॥९८॥
Thus, these three types of bodies have been described, and likewise the tamasik (dark) body. Understanding the natures of the bodies, one should act accordingly.
