भवन्ति चात्र- तस्यान्तरेण नाभेस्तु ज्योतिःस्थानं ध्रुवं स्मृतम् । तदाधमति वातस्तु देहस्तेनास्य वर्धते ॥५८॥
Thus, in between these, the navel is remembered as the fixed place of light. The wind strengthens the body, thus it grows.

इस प्रकार, इन दोनों के बीच, नाभि को ज्योति का निश्चित स्थान माना जाता है। वायु शरीर को मजबूत करती है, जिससे यह बढ़ता है।
