मासि मासि विवर्धेत गर्भिण्या गर्भलक्षणम् । कललं जायते तस्या वर्जितं पैतृकैर्गुणैः ॥४९॥
In each month, the characteristics of the fetus develop in the pregnant woman; the fetus takes on qualities that are free from paternal traits.
