स्वे गुदेऽब्रह्मचर्याद्यः स्त्रीषु पुंवत् प्रवर्तते । कुम्भीकः स तु विज्ञेयः--- । ---ईर्ष्यकं शृणु चापरम् ॥४०॥
The man who first becomes a passive member of an act of sodomy and then again commits sodomy with the woman (he visits) is called a Kumbhika.

जो पुरुष पहले एक समलैंगिक क्रिया में निष्क्रिय सदस्य बनता है और फिर उस स्त्री के साथ फिर से समलैंगिक क्रिया करता है, उसे कुम्भीक कहा जाता है।
