न च तृष्णाभयादत्र पाययेत शिशुं स्तनौ । विरेकबस्तिवमनान्यृते कुर्याच्च नात्ययात् ॥४१॥
"Nor should the breast milk be given to the child out of fear of thirst; except after proper procedures like enema or vomiting, one should not exceed the limit."
english translation
"न ही तृष्णा के भय से बच्चे को स्तनपान कराना चाहिए; उचित प्रक्रियाओं जैसे बस्ती या वमन के बाद ही सीमा से अधिक नहीं जाना चाहिए।"
