पिबेज्जलं शीतलमाशु तस्य स्रोतांसि दुष्यन्ति हि तद्वहानि । स्नेहोपलिप्तेष्वथवाऽपि तेषु दकोदरं पूर्ववदभ्युपैति ॥२२॥
Drinking cold water quickly causes obstruction in the channels, leading to the aggravation of the condition. This can also happen when oily substances are applied to the body, resulting in Dakodara as described earlier.

जल को शीघ्र पीने से स्रोताओं में रुकावट होती है, जिससे स्थिति बिगड़ जाती है। यह तब भी हो सकता है जब शरीर पर तैलीय पदार्थों का प्रयोग किया जाए, जिससे पूर्व में वर्णित दकोदर उत्पन्न होता है।
