पित्तासृक्कफजो व्याधिर्ज्ञेयः परिदरो हि सः | वेष्टेषु दाहः पाकश्च तेभ्यो दन्ताश्चलन्ति च ||२१||

The disease known as Paridara, characterized by Pitta, blood, and Kapha, is to be understood. There is burning and digestion in the coverings, and the teeth also become loose.
