हस्ताभिघातादथवा चर्मण्युद्वर्तिते बलात् । मर्दनात्पीडनाद्वाऽपि शुक्रवेगविघाततः ॥५१॥
Due to an impact on the hands or a forceful abrasion of the skin, or from pressure, the discharge of seminal fluid may be affected.

If the skin is torn, it is known as Avapāṭikā. When affected by vāta, the skin becomes associated with a gem-like appearance.

If the gem is obstructed by the skin, it causes pain in the urinary channels. When obstructed, it leads to dull pain and discomfort.

यदि मणि त्वचा द्वारा बाधित हो, तो यह मूत्र मार्ग में पीड़ा उत्पन्न करता है। बाधित होने पर यह मंद दर्द और असुविधा का कारण बनता है।
