मार्गस्य सौक्ष्म्यात् कृच्छ्रेण पुरीषं तस्य गच्छति । सन्निरुद्धगुदं व्याधिमेनं विद्यात् सुदुस्तरम् ॥५६॥
Due to the subtlety of the pathway, the stool passes with difficulty. One should know this condition as a severe obstruction of the anus.

When the impurity, which resides in the genitals, is not cleansed by bathing and becomes wet from sweat, it causes itching.
