स्नानोत्सादनहीनस्य मलो वृषणसंश्रितः । यदा प्रक्लिद्यते स्वेदात् कण्डूं सञ्जनयेत्तदा ॥५९॥

When the impurity, which resides in the genitals, is not cleansed by bathing and becomes wet from sweat, it causes itching.

english translation

जब मल, जो वृषण में स्थित होता है, स्नान के अभाव में और पसीने से भीग जाता है, तब यह खुजली उत्पन्न करता है।

hindi translation

snAnotsAdanahInasya malo vRSaNasaMzritaH । yadA praklidyate svedAt kaNDUM saJjanayettadA ॥59॥
