मणिश्चर्मोपनद्धस्तु मूत्रस्रोतो रुणद्धि च । निरुद्धप्रकशे तस्मिन्मन्दधारमवेदनम् ॥५३॥
If the gem is obstructed by the skin, it causes pain in the urinary channels. When obstructed, it leads to dull pain and discomfort.
