न पाकमायान्ति कफाधिकत्वान्मेदोबहुत्वाच्च विशेषतस्तु । दोषस्थिरत्वाद्ग्रथनाच्च तेषां सर्वार्बुदान्येव निसर्गतस्तु ॥२१॥
Due to the excess of Kapha and the abundance of fat, they do not undergo digestion. Particularly because of the stability of the Doshas and their knotty formations, all tumors of this kind are said to be inherent.
