कण्डूमन्तौ श्वेतशीतौ सशोफौ पीनस्तब्धौ श्लेष्मदुष्टे तु रक्ते | सर्वैर्दुष्टे शोणिते चापि दोषाः स्वं स्वं रूपं पादयोर्दर्शयन्ति ||४६||

When the blood is vitiated by Kapha, it results in white, cold, and swollen feet with a firm, hard texture. In contrast, when the blood is affected by other doshas, it shows various distinct forms and symptoms in the feet.

english translation

जब रक्त कफ द्वारा दोषित होता है, तो परिणामस्वरूप पैरों में सफेद, ठंडे, और सूजे हुए लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं, जिनका बनावट कठोर और सख्त होती है। इसके विपरीत, जब रक्त अन्य दोषों से प्रभावित होता है, तो पैरों में विभिन्न विशिष्ट रूप और लक्षण प्रकट होते हैं।

प्राग्रूपे शिथिलौ स्विन्नौ शीतलौ सविपर्ययौ | वैवर्ण्यतोदसुप्तत्वगुरुत्वौषसमन्वितौ ||४७||

In the case of vitiated blood due to Kapha, the feet will appear lax, moist, cold, and with inverted symptoms. They will exhibit discoloration, and may also show signs of numbness, heaviness, and coldness.

कफ से दोषित रक्त की स्थिति में, पैरों में ढीले, गीले, ठंडे और विपरीत लक्षण प्रकट होंगे। इनमे रंगहीनता, सुन्नता, भारीपन, और ठंडापन भी देखने को मिल सकते हैं।
