नष्टसञ्ज्ञं विवृत्ताक्षं भग्नग्रीवं विरेचनैः । चूर्णैः प्रधमनैस्तीक्ष्णैर्विषार्तं समुपाचरेत् ॥४३॥
In cases where there is a loss of consciousness, wide-open eyes, and a broken neck, the patient should be treated with purgatives and sharp powders to alleviate the poison.

ऐसे मामलों में जहां चेतना का नुकसान हो, आंखें खुली हों, तथा गर्दन टूटी हो, तो जहर के असर को कम करने के लिए रोगी का रेचक तथा तीखे चूर्ण से उपचार किया जाना चाहिए।
