शिरोरुग्गौरवालस्यहनुस्तम्भगलग्रहे । शिरो विरेचयेत् क्षिप्रं मन्यास्तम्भे च दारुणे ॥४२॥
In cases of severe headache with a stiff neck and difficulty swallowing, one should quickly induce vomiting to relieve the condition.
