धवाश्वकर्णासनपारिभद्रान् सपाटलान् सिद्धकमोक्षकौ च । दग्ध्वा सराजद्रुमसोमवल्कांस्तद्भस्म शीतं वितरेत् सरःसु ॥९॥
After burning the ashes of Dhava, Ashvakarna, Asana, Paribhadra, Patala, Siddhaka, Mokshaka, Raja-druma, and Somavalka trees, one should scatter the cooled ashes into the poisoned ponds or reservoirs. This will purify the water.

धव, अश्वकर्ण, आसन, परिभद्र, पाताल, सिद्धक, मोक्षक, राज-द्रुम और सोमवल्क पेड़ों की राख को जलाने के बाद, ठंडी राख को जहर वाले तालाबों या जलाशयों में बिखेर देना चाहिए। इससे पानी शुद्ध हो जायेगा.
