सिराश्च व्यधयेत् क्षिप्रं प्राप्तं विस्रावणं यदि । मूषिकाऽजरुहा वाऽपि हस्ते बद्धा तु भूपतेः ॥७८॥

If there is a discharge from the head, it should be immediately treated by performing an incision. If there is a mouse or a serpent, or if the hand is bound by the king's authority, it should be handled accordingly.

english translation

यदि सिर से स्राव हो तो तुरंत चीरा लगाकर इलाज करना चाहिए। यदि कोई चूहा या साँप हो, या यदि हाथ राजा के अधिकार से बंधा हो, तो उसे उसी के अनुसार संभालना चाहिए।

hindi translation

sirAzca vyadhayet kSipraM prAptaM visrAvaNaM yadi । mUSikA'jaruhA vA'pi haste baddhA tu bhUpateH ॥78॥
