तत्राशु मदनालाबुबिम्बीकोशातकीफलैः । छर्दनं दध्युदश्विद्भ्यामथवा तण्डुलाम्बुना ॥४१॥
There, quickly, the person experiences vomiting due to the consumption of madanāla (a type of intoxicating substance) or the pulp of the bimbi fruit, or even from the mixture of rice and water.

वहां, मदनाला (एक प्रकार का नशीला पदार्थ) या बिम्बी फल के गूदे के सेवन से, या चावल और पानी के मिश्रण से भी व्यक्ति को उल्टी होने लगती है।
