Now, we shall discuss the regimen of bhallātaka. Using the method previously mentioned, one should take the clarified butter derived from the bhallātaka and consume a small amount of it each morning. In cases of decay, the previous dietary regimen should be followed, along with the addition of fruits. From the marrow of bhallātaka or by using clarified butter, one should use the regimen to manage the doshas that have become imbalanced through consumption. Entering a place that is well-ventilated, one should gradually increase their intake until it is sufficient for them, and upon feeling satiated, they should take milk and ghee as food. Following this for a month will protect oneself from ailments; thus, having alleviated all the troubles, one becomes strong, possessing the faculties of hearing, receiving, and retention, and will live for a hundred years. With each month of this regimen, their lifespan will be enhanced, and by continuing this for ten months, one will live for a thousand years.
