मुखेन धूममादाय नासिकाभ्यां न निर्हरेत् । तेन हि प्रतिलोमेन दृष्टिस्तत्र निहन्यते ॥८॥
Having taken the smoke through the mouth, one should not expel it through the nostrils. For, by doing so, the vision will be impaired there.

मुंह से धुआं लेने के बाद उसे नाक से बाहर नहीं निकालना चाहिए। क्योंकि ऐसा करने से वहां की दृष्टि ख़राब हो जाएगी।
