दत्ते च पुनरपि संस्वेद्य गलकपोलादीन् धूममासेवेत, भोजयेच्चैनमभिष्यन्दि, ततोऽस्याचारिकमादिशेत्; रजोधूमस्नेहातपमद्यद्रवपानशिरःस्नानातियानक्रोधादीनि च परिहरेत् ॥३१॥
After administering the medicated oil, one should again induce sweating and allow the smoke to enter through the throat and cheeks. It should not be consumed; rather, it should be expelled. Following this, one should instruct the patient on proper conduct. The patient should avoid excessive heat, smoke, oily foods, alcohol, and bathing, as well as emotional disturbances such as anger.

औषधीय तेल लगाने के बाद, व्यक्ति को फिर से पसीना लाना चाहिए और धुएं को गले और गालों के माध्यम से प्रवेश करने देना चाहिए। इसका सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए; बल्कि उसे निष्कासित कर देना चाहिए. इसके बाद रोगी को उचित आचरण की शिक्षा देनी चाहिए। रोगी को अत्यधिक गर्मी, धुआं, तैलीय भोजन, शराब और स्नान के साथ-साथ क्रोध जैसी भावनात्मक गड़बड़ी से बचना चाहिए।
