अन्नोपस्तम्भिते कोष्ठे स्नेहबस्तिर्विधीयते । अनायान्तं मुहूर्तात्तु निरूहं शोधनैर्हरेत् ॥१७॥

When the stomach is obstructed by food, the sneha-vasti (oleaginous enema) should be administered. If there is no movement for a moment, the niruha (decot) should be given to cleanse (the system).

जब भोजन के कारण पेट में रुकावट हो तो स्नेह-वस्ति (चिकना एनीमा) देना चाहिए। यदि एक क्षण के लिए भी कोई हलचल न हो तो शुद्धि के लिए निरुहा (काढ़ा) देना चाहिए।
