न सम्यगनिलाविष्टो बस्तिः प्रत्येति देहिनः । स्थितस्य बस्तिर्दत्तस्तु क्षिप्रमायात्यवाङ्मुखः ॥२७॥

If the enema is not properly administered to a person, it will not reach its intended destination. However, if the enema is given while the person is in a stationary position, it quickly moves downwards and out of the body.

english translation

यदि बस्ती किसी व्यक्ति को सही तरीके से नहीं दी जाती है, तो यह अपने निर्धारित स्थान तक नहीं पहुँचती। लेकिन यदि बस्ती व्यक्ति को स्थिर स्थिति में दी जाती है, तो यह जल्दी से नीचे की ओर और शरीर से बाहर निकल जाती है।
