नेत्रसंवेजनभ्रान्तो वायुश्चान्तः प्रकुप्यति । देहे सङ्कुचिते दत्तः सक्थ्नोरप्युभयोस्तथा ॥२६॥

When the mind is disturbed by the application of the enema, the wind within becomes aggravated, particularly when the body is contracted, affecting both the anus and the rectum.
