sanskrit

In the case of an impure stomach with aggravated mucus, if an excessive amount of food has been ingested or if there is a significant presence of impurities, the purgation will move upward instead. In such a case, if the desired outcome is not achieved and there is an aggravation of the doshas, one should quickly induce vomiting from the impure stomach containing abundant mucus, and then subsequently perform stronger purgation. The dosage should be appropriate based on the patient’s constitution, taking care to avoid excess in cases of significant impurities in the stomach. Moreover, one should not use a third dose of the medicine to elevate the condition; instead, one should administer purgatives combined with honey and ghee.
