In the case of an individual tormented by excessive hunger, or with a very sharp digestive fire, or possessing a soft constitution, vomiting occurs downward due to the general qualities of the conditions. In such a scenario, if the desired outcome is not achieved, and if there is an aggravation of the doshas, one should quickly administer oil and subsequently induce vomiting with stronger measures.
