न वामयेत्तैमिरिकोर्ध्ववातगुल्मोदरप्लीहकृमिश्रमार्तान् । स्थूलक्षतक्षीणकृशातिवृद्धमूत्रातुरान् केवलवातरोगान् ॥१४॥

One should not administer vomiting to those suffering from upward-moving wind, abdominal lumps, splenic disorders, or those afflicted by worms, as well as to those who are gross, wounded, emaciated, excessively old, or suffering from urinary ailments, and especially not to those who have only wind disorders.

english translation

ऊपर की ओर जाने वाली वायु, पेट की गांठ, प्लीहा के विकार, कृमि से पीड़ित लोगों को वमन नहीं कराना चाहिए, साथ ही जो लोग स्थूल, घायल, कृश, अत्यधिक वृद्ध, मूत्र संबंधी रोगों से पीड़ित हों, तथा विशेषकर उन्हें नहीं जो केवल वायु के विकार से पीड़ित हों।
