तत्र द्वियोनिश्चतुर्विकल्पोऽभिहितः स्नेहः स्नेहगुणाश्च । तत्र जङ्गमेभ्यो गव्यं घृतं प्रधानं, स्थावरेभ्यस्तिलतैलं प्रधानमिति ॥४॥

Now we shall describe the different types of oils: there are four main categories of oils based on their sources and qualities. Among these, ghee derived from animal sources is considered primary for mobile creatures, while sesame oil is regarded as the primary choice for stationary beings.
